✧Terms of Service (ToC)✧
| ✧ | I might decline an order if the character is someone I cannot draw well, every commission is influenced by my style strengths, and preferences |
| ✧ | Please provide me with a finished character design, has full references, and description, it would help me a lot. |
| ✧ | Payment can be made upfront, or half in advance. Commission will start right after I'm done checking the references and confirming your commission order. |
| ✧ | All commissions that are used for YouTube, Twitch, or any broadcasting platform will be charged a commercial fee. Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand; extra charges or royalties will apply for commercial projects. |
| ✧ | The commission result (with a watermark) will be uploaded to our portfolio. Publishing and privatization of personal commissions can be considered and discussed, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work. |
| ✧ | Changing characters is allowed if we haven't started on your commission. Please ask if the project has started or not! :) |
| ✧ | You will receive only a full-resolution digital file of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address. |
| ✧ | 1 commissions are estimated to be finished in 5-7 days depending on the difficulty. There is no additional fee to speed up the deadline because I prioritize the quality of the commission results, so please be patient. so, there'll be no fixed deadline, but I'll finish it as fast as I can! |

✧Workflow✧
| (1) | Fill out the commission form. After the commission form is submitted, I'll check your character references. A confirmation notice will be sent to your social media (DM) or email. |
| (2) | Invoice & Payment. After I receive the payment your name will be noted as a paid client. |
| (3) | Review the sketch. I will draw the sketch based on your references. The sketch is a semi-rough sketch, the lineart result might be different. |
| (4) | Progress & Last revision. The progress steps are Sketch > Lineart > Coloring > Finishing. I'll send the coloring progress before finishing the commission. |
| (5) | Commission Finished. Hi-res files (with watermark & without watermark) will be temporarily uploaded on Google Drive, please save your commission results as soon as possible. |
